Mortgages: Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any debt secured upon it.

Remortgages: You may have to pay an early repayment charge (redemption payment) to your existing lender if you remortgage within a fixed, discounted, tracker or any special mortgage deal with your current lender.

For debt consolidation: Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Buy to Lets: Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority.

Commercial Mortgages are not usually regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

‍Bridging Loans & Development Finance: Bridging Loans & Development are for new & experienced property professionals (Subject to lenders terms, conditions & property location).

Fees: Some lenders charge an application fee together with the valuation fee (all fees charged will be shown on the indicative terms).
We will receive commission from lenders. Different lenders pay different amounts depending on different commission models. For transparency we work with the following commission models: Percentage of the amount you borrow and rate for risk (this is based on the risk profile of the business). This is where the level of commission can vary due to underwriting. Further details of the commission model, calculation and amount will be disclosed to you throughout your customer journey.

Broker fee: We will charge  a broker  fee up to 1% of the loan/mortgage amount and for complexed loan/mortgage we will charge a fee up to 2%.
